You must first complete the facilities use request and facility hold harmless forms (see below) and bring them to the fire department.

FACILITY HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
By filling out the Facilities Use Request Form and by using the facilities, you recognize
inherent risks. The facilities are designed and used as a fire station and by their very
nature contain dangerous conditions, including but not limited to large vehicles and
heavy and dangerous equipment. Additionally, because of the time critical nature of the
work involved in emergency response, it is very possible that people and/or equipment
will be moving quickly and there are risks associated with that movement. You are
required to ensure that your use of the facilities is limited only to approved areas. You
are expected to ensure that all visitors and guests associated with your of use of the
facilities are made aware of these restrictions and are reminded to take necessary
precautions for their safety. Despite the inherent risks in using these facilities, by
signing this form you agree to hold Elfin Forest/Harmony Grove Fire Department, Inc.
and the County of San Diego harmless and, should an accident or other event occur,
you will not seed to hold Elfin Forest/Harmony Grove Fire Department, Inc. or the
County of San Diego, their officers, employees or agents liable for any aspect of such
event. Furthermore, by signing this form you agree that should your use of the facilities
result in any loss or damage to the Elfin Forest/Harmony Grove Fire Department, you
will promptly reimburse the Elfin Forest/Harmony Grove Fire Department Inc. for such
loss or damage.
